As part of a large-scale national transformation initiative, NEOM required emerging leaders to develop decision confidence, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration within a rapidly evolving and high-ambiguity environment. Our Intervention and Impact
CLD Bloom delivered a contextualized leadership development program focused on ownership, structured decision-making, and execution discipline. Through experiential learning and scenario-based application, participants developed greater clarity in role expectations and collaboration practices. The intervention strengthened leadership readiness, improved coordination across project teams, and reinforced behavioral accountability within transformational settings.
